St. James Statue Dedication Ceremony

Cathedral Basilica Cathedral Place, St. Augustine, FL, United States

6:00 pm. Pilgrims Blessing on the lawn of the Castillo de San Marcos followed by procession through the City Gates down St. George St. to the Cathedral Basilica. 7:00  Dedication mass begins.        

Founder’s Day

Mission Nombre de Dios/Fountain of Youth Archeological Park

Event begins at the Mission Nombre de Dios at 10am. Menendez Landing is followed by a Catholic mass at the rustic altar. Following mass, there is a procession from the Mission to the Fountain of Youth Archeological Park to celebrate the First Thanksgiving

Commemoration of the Menendez 1566 Expedition

Museum of Seminole County History 300 Eslinger Way, Sanford, FL, United States

To commemorate the 1566 of the Menendez Expedition down the St. Johns River there will be an encampment on September 22nd and 23rd at the Museum of Seminole Country History.
