Pine Castle Pioneer Days

Pine Castle’s Pioneer Days take place in the shadows of Fort Gatlin. The park, Cypress Grove, will host a variety of living history groups, including the Revolutionary War, Civil War, Cowboy Action Shooters, a craft fair, and a car show. Music and entertainment are scheduled throughout the day.
Rangers can either day trip in on Saturday, Sunday, or both days wearing their kits. Bring your muskets and cartridges. A chair is handy, too. For those camping, it is best to plan on cooking Friday evening and Saturday evening. You can get lunch from a variety of vendors.
Setup is 3:00 p.m. Friday, and teardown is after 4:00 p.m. Sunday. You can take a day trip on Saturday and Sunday but plan on having your display set up by 9:00 a.m. The gates open at 8:00 a.m.
