5:00 pm – Set up begins in the Colonial Quarter and the Arrivas Yard

Friday:

8:00 am – Set up in the Colonial Quarter and the Arrivas Yard

Saturday:

8:00 am – final set up in the Colonial Quarter

No vehicles on the premise at the Quarter Museum

9:00 am – Christmas Parade City of St. Augustine

9:00 am – Registration is 0pen for participants and remains open until 1:00 p.m. Everyone must sign in and get their wristband
9:30 am – Weapons check/inspection in The Colonial Quarter

10:15am- Weapons inspection at the Castillo.

10:00 am- Colonial Quarter Museum is open and free to the public. Please secure your tent and belongings

10:00 am- 4:00 pm – Medical/ Cooking Demonstration – Spanish/EFR

10:00 am-3:00 pm – Wool making/Jump rope making/Leather making-Spanish

10:00 am-2:00 pm – Period Correct Wool Products Presentation>
10:30 am – Weapons demonstration – Spanish/British/Militia
11:00 am – 3:00 pm Native American Crafts Demonstration

11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm – Musket and Field Artillery Demonstration on the Lawn at the Castillo

>11:30 am – Native American Demonstration – Sawgrass

1:00 to 3:00 pm – Demonstrations, musket firing and encampment activities

2:30 pm -Sword Fighting Demonstration- Will Taylor
3:00 pm – Field pieces/muskets –Colonial Quarter (British, East FL Rangers, Spanish)

3:30 pm -Distaff leaders meeting at the CNW Headquarters

4:15 pm – ALL UNIT Commanders- mandatory meeting at the CNW Headquarters
4:00pm-6:00 pm – mealtime on your own

6:15 pm – Muster at Fort Courtyard- All Participants Please refer to the number assigned to you on your wristband
(ALL participants MUST have signed in at registration time and have their registration wristband)

Singing of Carols
Troops/distaff disband during Carols

8:00pm – 10:30 pm Jollification at Colonial Quarter, Enter through Taberna

Sunday:

Pack up and Tour St. Augustine at your leisure!  No vehicles allowed in the Quarter after 10:30 a.m. All participants need to be out of the Quarter by noon.
