The night starts with a Tapas and Cocktail hour accompanied by Spanish Guitar music and Flamenco dancing provided by The Fermin Spanish Guitar Trio. Dinner will be provided by the acclaimed chefs from Real Paella. You will experience your meal being prepared on-site. The night ends with dancing to the Ancient City Sound Experience DJ music. Tickets  for Noche de Festival are $60 per person and are available at https://www.eventbrite.com- search Noche de Festival. This event is sponsored in part by the Fountain of Youth Archeological Park. *Any proceeds from this event will be used to further our education programs. \nWEDNESDAY\, FEBRUARY 12th: The PBS documentary entitled “Secrets of Spanish Florida” will be shown on the Colonial Oaks Stage in the Colonial Quarter starting at 7pm. This documentary details the Colonial period of St. Augustine from 1565 until it became a US Territory in 1821. This event is free and sponsored by the Colonial Quarter. Food and beverages will be available for sale. \nFRIDAY\, FEBRUARY 14th: Starting at 5:30pm \, join Living History Interpreters  for a 1565 Saunter down St. George Street from the Taberna del Caballo to the Plaza de la Constitucion and Aviles Street. \nSATURDAY\, FEBRUARY 15th: The week-long event culminates with the “School of the 16th Century” from 10am to 5pm at the Colonial Quarter. Experience what life would have been like in 1565. There will be an encampment that will include demonstrations of musket firings\, sword fighting\, pike drills\,  crossbow\, cooking\, men’s and women’s clothing  including blackwork embroidery\, religious practices and other everyday activities that would have been performed by the colonial period of the time period.  This is a free event and is sponsored by the Colonial Quarter. \n\n\n \n  \n\n\n \n  \n\n\n \n
