SUMMARY:Changing of the Guard (Weather Permitting)
DESCRIPTION:There will be a Changing of the Guard ceremony performed by the St. Augustine 1740 Spanish Garrison on Saturday\, September 28 at 6:30 p.m. Participants will muster at the Colonial Quarter at 5:45 p.m.\, split into two groups (A and B) and proceed to St. George Street. Group A will march to the Government House at 6:10 while group B will march to the City Gates. At 6:20 p.m.\, Group B will march down St. George Street from the City Gates to the Government House. The two groups will converge to perform the Changing of the Guard ceremony at 6:30 p.m. Following the ceremony\, participants will briefly interact with the public and then march as a combined force back to the Taberna de Caballo at the Colonial Quarter\, where the group will dismiss and disperse.

DESCRIPTION:The Walk Back in Time historical timeline event at the Florida Agricultural Museum has been expanded from a one-day program to a three-day event. Friday\, November 22 will be a school tour day when participants will present demonstrations and living history interpretations to school students. Saturday and Sunday\, November 23-24\, the museum and the event’s participants will be open to the public. Camping will be welcomed\, and participants are encouraged to spend the weekend at the facility.
